I disagree with the brewery’s name. Oblivion [uh–bliv-ee-uh n]- noun, definition- The state of being completely forgotten or unknown. While one could certainly drink themselves to a state of mind similar to this, I’m sure they would have family or friends to remember them, hopefully… And Oblivion Brewing Company could certainly not be forgotten! Their winter seasonal Snowblivion is a superb example of a winter warmer. To date, one of my favorite Holiday brews! Snowblivion has a great roasty sweetness to the malt flavor and plenty of hop bite to balance. A growing number of taps around Bend are pouring Oblivion’s beer. I had mine at Broken Top Bottle Shop, a top notch bottle shop and restaurant with the best vegetarian menu in town.
